The Petite Suite, LLC was founded by LaDreka Vaughn, a lifelong caregiver at heart and a firm believer in the power of presence — both for children and the adults who love them. With over a decade of experience working with children and families, LaDreka brings an educational foundation to every aspect of The Petite Suite’s approach to care. Her background informs the creation of developmentally appropriate, engaging environments that support both structure and creativity.
