Meet the Founder
The Petite Suite was founded by LaDreka Vaughn, a lifelong caregiver at heart and a firm believer in the power of presence — both for children and the adults who love them.
LaDreka is a proud grandmother of two, with three bonus grandchildren, as well as a devoted aunt and great-auntie. Family has always been at the center of her life, and with that comes a deep understanding of both sides of the parenting experience — the joy of caring for children, and the very real need for adults to step away at times to celebrate, connect, and simply be present in the lives of others.
Before founding The Petite Suite, LaDreka spent 12 years in education, working closely with children and families and earning multiple certifications, including Early Childhood Education. While her professional path later led her into the world of Cybersecurity, her love for working with children never faded.
Beyond her professional background, LaDreka has a deep appreciation for interior design and the art of creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. She believes environment matters — that calm, intentional spaces can shape how children feel, how parents relax, and how experiences are remembered.
The Petite Suite was born from this unique blend of experiences — educator, professional, grandmother, and creative — and from the belief that family-inclusive events don’t have to come at the expense of peace of mind or personal connection.
LaDreka created The Petite Suite to offer parents something she understands deeply: the freedom to enjoy meaningful moments, knowing their children are cared for in a calm, nurturing, and beautifully considered space.
